Fit with fido is a 45 minute boot camp class for you and your best friend. Class will incorporate cardio, plyometrics, and core. Come prepared to break a sweat and have fun while doing so! With your dog by your side. he/she will also get a workout while strengthening your bond. Your dog will work on basic commands with the challenge of having distractions while you will build your endurance and strength!
